Gas Technical Auditor

Overview

Audit domestic gas installations remotely, provide technical support and ensure compliance.

Tasks

-Update BOXT admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job. -Communicate clearly to customers offering solutions, recommendations, and reassurance. -Train other members of staff on the process and procedures on how to report a gas leak. -Offer technical support to other departments e.g. Compliance and aftercare. -Review internal/external audit information. -Assist engineers offering technical solutions on the phone or via live chat. -Carry out desktop audits on all completed installations looking for any compliance issues that may require the engineer to re-attend if the job is not 100% compliant. -This is an office based role where you will deal remotely with onsite installations issues.

What You Bring

-GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English -A minimum of 5 years gas experience ( installation, repair , service of domestic gas boilers) -ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT essential) -Other qualifications (unvented hot water, LPG , other appliances) desired -Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. -Previous experience in field supervision or management desirable -Computer literate. -Have excellent Customer Service Skills. -Able to work well under pressure. -Full UK driving licence
