Tasks

-Manage multiple concurrent recruiting projects with focus and urgency. -Build and maintain talent pipelines while proactively engaging passive candidates. -Develop strong partnerships with hiring leaders and business units. -Lead full lifecycle recruiting—source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for roles including technicians, engineers, industrial management, quality, and general labor. -Track recruiting metrics and continuously refine workflows for efficiency and results.

What You Bring

-Established Dallas-area network in industrial, manufacturing, or utility sectors. -Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver results under pressure. -Connections to technical schools, trade associations, or community colleges. -Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, power, or utility environments. -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Benefits

Pay Range: $83K - $89,400K
