Kitchen Exhaust/Hood Cleaning Technician

Overview

Clean kitchen exhaust/hood systems, roofs and fans on third shift.

Key Responsibilities

• fan cleaning
• auxiliary installation

Tasks

-Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas -Installation of auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems

Requirements

• driving experience
• driver's license

What You Bring

-Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work high places - technicians will be inside exhaust systems and outside on the roof nightly in various weather conditions -Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience -Hold a valid driver's license -Be at least 20 years old -Ability to work overnight varying shift times -Previous experience in a physically demanding job is strongly preferred - this job is physically demanding and can be dirty at times. -Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
