What you would be doing

  • Your responsibilities are to secure the project deliveries according to the define scope, budget and time plan ; to report the status of the project ; to prepare and to document the gate passages ; to identify, monitor and inform on potential risks and deviations ; if issues occurred, to propose a mitigation plan and if needed to propose a project revision for approval.
  • Your primary mission is to secure the execution of the projects you are responsible of, according to the project delivery model. To do so you will have a project team including R&D, Operations, Purchasing, PSD, … representants supporting you.

  • Conflict resolution skills to address issues and challenges within project teams.
  • PMP certification is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi- disciplinary projects from concept to first product delivery.
  • Project Management experience of around 4 to 6 Years in Construction / Mining Equipment industry.
  • Problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience as manager is a plus.
  • Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience working in electrification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • M.E / M. Tech / B.E. / B. Tech degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
