The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. This position is based out of our Chattanooga, TN office but travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.

LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on high-quality project delivery.
- TN EPSC certification is a plus, but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of water and sanitary sewer line installations
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience
- Microsoft Office experience a plus
