Overview
Drive sales growth and client relationships for ISO certification and training services.

Tasks
-Proactively identify and approach target companies, generating business opportunities aligned with DNV’s service portfolio. -Represent DNV at local events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions. -Negotiate and finalize business contracts to achieve individual sales goals. -Drive personal sales performance by developing business relationships and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets. -Fostering strong client relationships. -Develop and expand the account base for the Business Assurance unit. -Manage the training platform (LMS), including monitoring sales, scheduling courses, and issuing certificates. -Generate new business opportunities for certification and training services. -Maintain and strengthen customer loyalty, managing recertification and retention of existing clients by addressing queries and renegotiating terms to ensure continued partnership with DNV. -Build and nurture a local network of partners (consultants, channels).

What You Bring
-Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the certification market in Australia. -Experience managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. -Ability to engage and influence decision-makers by understanding their needs and delivering innovative, value-added solutions. -Proven track record in sales and business development. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Minimum 2 years’ industry experience preferred. -Entrepreneurial mindset; dynamic, resilient, adaptable, and open to change. Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
