Tasks
-Employee Relations & Development: You'll support HR managers with employee relations issues and help develop the necessary documentation. You'll also conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback that helps us improve the employee experience. -HR Administration: You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from processing employee changes in our internal system to maintaining job descriptions and tracking performance evaluations. You'll also coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth operations. -Compliance and Policy: You'll ensure our HR practices are up-to-date and compliant. This includes managing employee files, maintaining records, and assisting with the development and communication of new policies and procedures. -Recruitment and Onboarding: You'll be a key part of our talent acquisition process, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and helping create job postings. You'll also manage the new hire onboarding process, including background checks and benefits orientation.

What You Bring
-Essential Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. We're also looking for someone with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. -Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with 0-3 years of experience in an HR function. -Technical Proficiency: You should be familiar with HR software, HRIS systems, and have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is a must.
