What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. -Strong background in Defence, government, or high-security projects. -Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools (Dynamo, BIM 360, Enscape, etc.). -Australian citizenship is essential to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance. -Proven experience as a BIM Lead, Manager, or Coordinator within a large architectural or multi-disciplinary environment. -In-depth understanding of BIM execution planning, coordination workflows, and quality control.
