  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and updating project budgets and construction schedules.
  • Draft and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Manage and maintain Procore project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and logs.
  • Prepare and process change orders, trade awards and subcontractor agreements.
  • Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and clients
  • Submit and track RFIs (Requests for Information) and coordinate responses.
  • Request and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals, ensuring scope coverage and cost competitiveness.
  • Support field and office teams with document control and communication.

  • Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino desired, but not necessary.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in architecture, construction management, or general contracting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
