Overview

Lead and manage Egis' operations, projects and P&L in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province.

Tasks

-Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. -Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, developing managers and staff to strengthen capability. -Manage resources across multiple projects to ensure efficient allocation and performance. -Act as the senior representative of Egis in the region, building visibility and credibility with clients and stakeholders. -Lead Egis’ activities in the Eastern Province, ensuring alignment with national and corporate strategy. -Oversee execution of all projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and timely delivery. -Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with government entities, authorities, and private clients. -Take full accountability for regional P&L, monitoring budgets, margins, and cash flow. -Contribute to the achievement of growth targets through sound operations and disciplined financial management. -Monitor project performance and take corrective action where necessary to maintain client satisfaction and KPIs. -Support business development activities by providing operational insight during pursuits and bids. -Serve as the client escalation point for project delivery and operational performance.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field (master’s preferred). -Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with fluency in English; Arabic an advantage. -Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure or engineering programs in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. -Excellent knowledge of Saudi market dynamics, client expectations, and regulatory frameworks. -Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. -Strong commercial and financial acumen, with prior P&L or regional operations accountability. -15+ years of progressive experience in engineering consultancy, project management, or operations management.
