Business Application Administrator - Coupa

Provides technical/functional support, maintenance and optimization of Coupa procurement system.

Tasks

-Assist in configuring Coupa modules to meet business requirements (e.g., approval chains, forms, catalogues, supplier setup). -Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Coupa users across purchasing & invoicing. -Collaborate with system administrators and functional leads to identify opportunities for system optimisation and automation. -Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data inconsistencies in a timely manner. -Assist end users with navigation, transaction processing, and error resolution. -Monitor system performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs to ensure stable operations. -Ensure system processes align with company procurement and financial policies. -Support testing and validation of system changes, updates, and new features during releases. -Participate in change management and testing cycles during system upgrades or enhancements. -Manage user access, permissions, and role configurations in accordance with company policy. -Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes. -Act as the first point of contact for Coupa-related support requests. -Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs. -Deliver user training sessions and refresher workshops as required. -Monitor new Coupa releases and recommend relevant features or improvements.
