-Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and location -Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality

What You Bring

-Provincially recognized registered 2-4 Apprentice in Carpentry -Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test -Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region -Work in all weather conditions year-round and willing to lend a hand where needed -Basic comprehension of drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions -CSTS-2020 Fundamentals, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform (training provided) -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Utilization of PERI, Aluma and EFCO formwork -Experience working on major infrastructure and bridge projects highly desired -Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year driver’s abstract -Ability to work well as part of a team, and meet deadlines -Some understanding of concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms
