Lead BOM strategy, governance, and optimization across signage and facilities projects.

Tasks

-Lead BOM audits to identify cost-saving opportunities, material substitutions, and process improvements. -Partner with Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Management, and Field Services to ensure BOMs reflect accurate materials, labor, and installation requirements. -Build and manage a high-performing BOMs team; Provide coaching, training, and career development to ensure team expertise in Stratus-specific workflows and technologies. -Work closely with ERP and PLM teams to ensure BOM data integrity and system alignment. -Support new product introductions (NPIs) and service expansions by developing BOM frameworks that accelerate time-to-market. -Own the BOM lifecycle from initial creation through revision control and obsolescence. -Monitor BOM-related KPIs such as accuracy rate, change order frequency, and cost variance. -Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to translate customer specifications into actionable BOMs. -Develop and implement enterprise-wide BOM standards, templates, and best practices tailored to signage, energy, and facilities services. -Manage national accounts for Fortune 500 companies -Ensure BOMs are structured to support modularity, scalability, and cost transparency across diverse product lines and service offerings.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with energy solutions (e.g., EV charging, LED retrofits) and their BOM implications. -8+ years of experience in BOM management preferred, preferably in signage, manufacturing, or facilities services. -Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BOM management tools. -Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process standardization. -Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. -Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation workflows in commercial environments. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience preferred. Master’s or MBA a plus. -Knowledge of compliance standards related to materials and installations (UL, ADA, OSHA, etc.). -Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
