What You Bring
-Must be able to own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers -Strong mathematical and analytical skills -Strong financial reporting acumen and ability to learn Prologis financial systems to help ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio. -Must be able to work well with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team -Must be able to use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights -Provide exceptional customer experiences and have the ability to communicate with both local and corporate contacts. -Ability to multi-task; prioritize and work with minimal supervision while managing competing deadlines. -Experience with implementing new initiatives, campaigns or system upgrades and proven adoption and navigational skills. -Bachelor's degree preferred -Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. -The ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives with the most positive attitude. -Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties within a given portfolio. -Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to draft informative and succinct communications to customers; attain information during customer visits; and coordinate customer visits and events. -Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive service. -Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong relationships with customers. -As business dictates, able to work extended/flexible hours (e.g., nights/weekends/on-call). -Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.) -Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
