-Track permit status and follow up to ensure timely approvals. -Support the Senior Permit Coordinator and Project Manager with administrative tasks. -Attend meetings as needed to provide permitting updates. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation. -Prepare and submit permit applications to appropriate agencies. -Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to address constructability concerns. -Assist in resolving permitting issues or delays. -Maintain accurate records in the permitting system. -Provide updates on permit status to project teams.
