Overview
Assist firm staff with hardware/software issues, offering on‑site & remote IT support.

Tasks
-Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base. -Provide excellent customer service support (both on-site and remote) to Firm associates for basic hardware and software issues. -Acquire and maintain knowledge of Firm systems and support policies and procedures. -Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. -Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status). -Prior experience with computer systems or help desk support is a plus. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite. -Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking (Sophomore or Junior preferred).
