Lead OEM automation for syringe filling, integrating equipment with PCS/MES

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare and communciate Client requirements -Plan, attend and supervise FAT/SATs -Work closely with the filling equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and/or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables -Work closely with Process owners, OEM team, design team and all stakeholders in delivery of project -Ensure high standard of configuration and coding -Understand how the filling equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present -Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc) -Integrate the filling machines onto the PCS and MES at Site

-Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems -Reference Project experience -Knowledge of networking and thin client technology -OEM Filling Machine or similiar equipment experience; Optima; SKAN isolators -Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish -Proven Leadership ability -Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills
