-Coordinate with crane supervisors, slinger/signallers, and site teams. -Plan and oversee lifting operations in line with LOLER and company procedures. -Prepare and issue lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments. -Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation. -Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations. -Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
