- Extensive experience in budget management, risk assessment, and quality control
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience working on international construction projects, preferably in the Middle East
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern construction practices and cultural considerations
