  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Extensive experience in budget management, risk assessment, and quality control
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience working on international construction projects, preferably in the Middle East
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern construction practices and cultural considerations
