Tasks

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to handle the retail customer segment through telephonic interactions from the office. This is a desk-based role focused on achieving sales targets by engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our Washroom Automation and Accessories product range. -Learn and communicate product details effectively after training. -Handle incoming customer inquiries and proactively follow up on leads shared through CRM. -Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups regularly on CRM and Excel sheets. -Work towards achieving monthly sales targets through consistent calling and persuasive communication. -Make and attend telephonic calls with retail leads and customers. -Coordinate with peers for customer meetings or on-site visits when required.

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. -Experience: 1–4 years in inside sales / telecalling / telesales / customer acquisition roles. -Education: Graduate in any discipline. -Good command of CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations. -Exhibit a growth-oriented and positive sales attitude while handling rejections and objections professionally. -Sales-oriented mindset with adaptability to learn product details. -Ability to handle large call volumes efficiently.
