- Excellent English and Arabic, with strong analytical, negotiation, and issue-resolution abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes, municipal approvals, and infrastructure permitting.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical expertise in project planning and digital dashboards.
- Excellent communication in English & Arabic a strong advantage.
- Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and aligning permits with stage-gates and master plans.
