Overview
Install, maintain, and lead complex electronic security systems for critical infrastructure.

Tasks
-Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). -Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits. -Installing and Maintain equipment at both the local and global level per design packages. -Create and manage Project schedule Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems -Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance. -Programming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems. -Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management -Forecast and Manage Project Labor Hours Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates -Guide and Mentor Technicians -Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders. -Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory Performing Take off project drawings Create, -Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing. -Document and Track RFIs. -Leading teams on Large complex installation projects with limited supervision. -Documenting daily reports and project progress. -May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.

What You Bring
-Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. -Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. -Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems. -Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. -3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems -Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management. -Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills. -Must be able to travel 50%. -Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program -8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs -HS diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or -Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus. -Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. -An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities -The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to [50 pounds] on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. -Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy -Requires a Valid driver's license.
