This individual must be a proven heavy-hitter with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. The role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum. -Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects. -Comfortable operating in complex matrix environments. -Project/programme management experience, ideally in a works management solution or within the utilities industry. -Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. -Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. -Deep understanding of OFS.
