Tasks

-Prepare datasets for qualitative/quantitative analysis; run basic SAFRAN/QRA inputs and compile outputs as directed -Coordinate risk identification workshops and interviews; consolidate inputs from Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Planning, and Operations -Distinguish risks from active issues; align with issue logs and capture lessons learned as advised -Support the compilation of monthly risk dashboards/reports (top risks, trends, exposure) and circulate to project leadership -Organize risk review meetings (agenda, pre-reads, minutes) and update registers and trackers based on agreed actions -Track mitigation actions and residual exposure; follow up with owners and record status changes in ARM -Support the development and maintenance of project Risk Management Plans aligned with ISO 31000 and Qiddiya governance. -Perform periodic quality checks on ARM data (taxonomy, naming, linkages to cost/schedule) and correct discrepancies
