Overview

Lead controls integration, standardize processes, and oversee project performance and reporting.

Tasks

-Standardize project intake, assessment, and setup processes. -Candidates in this role may be required to travel to mine sites as required for projects -Monitor planning horizons and project start readiness. -Be a conduit for communication to flow between the project teams, functional controls leads, and program management. -Analyze project performance (critical path, forecasts, milestones, resourcing) and provide insights to program management. -Facilitate integration between controls disciplines to improve collaboration, alignment, communication and knowledge sharing. -Drive alignment between departmental and corporate reporting. -Contribute to project planning defining controls management plans appropriate to project size, complexity, and risk.

What You Bring

-As this is a safety Sensitive Role Pre-access substance testing will be required -Experience in portfolio governance, project prioritization, and performance management. -Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and specific project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, EcoSys). -Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration and trust. -Expert use of scheduling, cost management, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). -10 years of in progressively senior roles within Project Controls, covering multiple functions such (estimating, scheduling, cost management). -Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to escalate and resolve critical issues. -Project Management Professional (PMP) -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical)
