Tasks

-Continued Operation of the site Facilities encompassing all elements of Facilities Management including but not limited to Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services, etc. -Compare costs for required goods or services -Ensure the buildings meet health and safety requirements and comply with relevant legislation. -Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors, -Continued management of routine preventative maintenance -Manage and maintain staff records, annual leave requests, trainings -Manage and maintain the CAFM

What You Bring

-Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors. -Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. -Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office (essential) and relevant facility management software -Experience in project management and overseeing the work of external contractors. -Proficiency in FM software and MS Office. -Degree in facilities management/ technical discipline with minimum 3 years experience in soft and hard services
