As a Solar Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of our clean energy movement — helping homeowners understand the power of solar, guiding them through the switch, and ensuring they have a smooth, delightful experience. You’ll blend consultative sales with relationship-building and a little bit of solar magic. ✨ -Support local marketing events and campaigns -Deliver post-sales support and service insights -Build trusted relationships with customers and upsell smart energy solutions -Identify new business opportunities and channel partners -Use cutting-edge CRM tools to manage your sales process -Engage with warm leads and drive conversions through on-site visits and consultations -Maintain a rich and updated CRM database

What You Bring

Location: Based in Lucknow, Kanpur & Varanasi or willing to relocate Education: Graduate (minimum) Mindset: A go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments -Problem-solving mindset -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Confident in presentations and pitches -Strong sales acumen -Ability to handle pressure with grace -Basic understanding of solar or science (a plus!) -CRM and sales software familiarity
