Mechanical Site Manager

Oversee mechanical site installation, commissioning, maintenance and manage subcontractors.

Tasks

-Communicate changes to the Project team. -Order all day-to-day site materials. -Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services. -Update appropriate information to progress report. -Maintaining K&M Document Management System. -Manage relevant external correspondence. -Ensure all relevant permits are in place. -Manage project-specific scheduling. -Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues. -Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc. -Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team. -On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour. -Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors. -Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills -Willingness to do some travel if/when required -Minimum of 5 years’ experience -People management experience -Relevant trade qualifications in or further education qualification mechanical building services -Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role
