Apprentice providing admin support, document control and office tasks in construction.

Tasks

-Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; -Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues. -Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases -Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing; -Booking rooms, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes; -Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post; -Send Vacancy to a friend -Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; -Devising and maintaining office systems; -Using content management systems to maintain internal databases; -Organising & Delivering Site Inductions -Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; -Collecting and Storing Health & Safety documentation

What You Bring

-Ability to analyse and interpret information and effectively communicate this to different team members and audiences -18+ due to site H&S rules -Excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with multiple teams -living in England for the last 3 years and have right to work status -Ability to work in all weather conditions to serve our customers and protect the environment -Curiosity to learn quickly in a reactive and dynamic working environment. -You must live in the London Borough of Hackney -Not enrolled on any other courses -Living in the London Borough of Hackney -Ability to quickly prioritise tasks and the initiative to dive head-first into problem solving -Ability to travel freely across our patch to visit different sites and travel to training days -Able to understand and follow health and safety protocols
