Associate Account Manager

Overview

Manage client accounts, recruit, coordinate site staff, and handle logistics.

Tasks

-Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role -Develop and maintain relationships with your key Account Client(s) -Be the single point of contact for the client -Delivery of temporary personnel -Deal with any issues on site and with personnel that fall into our remit -Daily management of site personnel -Visit Account Client(s) to build positive relationships with them and to determine upcoming projects and hires -Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client -Organising accommodation, travel and logistics for site-based personnel joining the project and work on mobilisation plans and manning plans with the client -Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates -Sort out any problems the client has with personnel

What You Bring

-Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus -Strong communication skills -Outgoing and friendly personality -Proficient in Microsoft office -A-Level, or degree qualified (desirable) -Excellent organisational skills -Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
