Overview

Manage contracts, documentation, and invoicing for construction projects.

Tasks

-Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. -Managing job files and maintaining accurate project details. -Coordinating with Site Supervisors and Project Managers on permits and variations. -Supporting financial processes including invoicing, progress claims, and reconciliations. -Preparing and administering building contracts and associated documentation.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow systems is a plus. -Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict KPIs. -Ability to learn new IT systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities. -Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills. -Previous experience in a similar role within construction/insurance is highly desirable.
