Overview
Provide end‑user IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging and account admin.

Tasks
-Complete work order fully documenting each step of the troubleshooting process -Aid with division office and corporate moves -Document and track the details of the issue, status and resolution, using the help desk tracking application -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Work with external vendors -Communicate and follow-up with the user while working the issue and ensure successful and timely completion of the issue -Administer user accounts for several different computer systems -Research and resolve hardware and software application issues

What You Bring
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications -Ability to work overtime -Must be able to work in a computer data center and warehouse environment around several network and running computers -Experience with Microsoft Office Current Version is a plus -Zero to two years related experience and/or training -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form -Experience with Windows Current Version is a plus -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence -Microsoft Active Directory experience is a plus -CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus -The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals -Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
