Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining equipment and service trucks.

Tasks
-Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion -Maintains the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment -Efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet equipment -Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

What You Bring
-Able to work in an underground Mine -Valid Commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record is required -Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and lift 75 pounds continually throughout shift (8-12 hours.) -Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening -High School Diploma or equivalent experience required -Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of equipment -Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools, torque wrenches and impact wrenches and follow Technical Manual procedures -Troubleshot mechanical, performs basic diagnostics, schedules maintenance, and repairs -3-5+ years of experience performing service repairs on Heavy Equipment -Knowledge of mining equipment a plus -Proficient oral and written communication skills -Demonstrated ability to monitor their own work to ensure accuracy and quality is essential -Must be dependable, consistently at work and on time, follow instructions well, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance -Must be able to work in both hot and cold environments -Must be able to work under stress and prioritize work requirements to meet the overall operational requirements -Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes -Ability to use computer diagnostic tools
