Tasks

-Provide outstanding resident service and satisfaction -Oversee property operations, financial performance, and occupancy goals -Ensure full compliance with LIHTC/TAX Credit regulations and reporting -Lead hiring, training, and development of staff -Monitor and manage delinquency, budgets, and expenses -Conduct property inspections and ensure housing/safety compliance

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel -Strong knowledge of compliance, leasing, marketing, and collections -Minimum 5 years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience (required) -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Leadership ability to manage and motivate office and maintenance staff -Experience with Entrata (preferred)
