Tasks

-Support and maintain daily marketing and communications project workflows to ensure timely execution of initiatives aligned with brand, strategy, and company goals. -Assist in the creation, writing, and editing of marketing content, including blog posts, social media, campaigns, and internal communications. -Manage company memberships, association listings, and vendor relationships. -Maintain monthly department financial records, invoices, and reports. -Support maintenance of project documentation, reports, and marketing asset libraries. -Monitor and report on company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) for engagement, mentions, and escalation needs. -Work with external vendors to manage project goals, timelines, and quality expectations. -Collaborate with internal teams to advance brand and strategy initiatives across digital and print platforms. -Assist in the planning and execution of industry trade shows and marketing events by identifying requirements, developing schedules, coordinating logistics, and managing vendor communications. -Support department meetings, cross-functional updates, and internal communications. -Ensure materials, timelines, and internal task assignments are aligned for seamless event delivery. -Conduct quarterly competitive landscape monitoring and share insights with the marketing team. -Support management of the internal online store, including inventory tracking, communications, and employee inquiries. -Coordinate scheduling, task tracking, and resource allocation within the project management system. -Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to strengthen marketing strategies and project delivery. -Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor updates; proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

What You Bring

-Steel-toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment -Demonstrated ability to showcase accuracy, efficiency and close attention to detail -1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination (internship experience considered) -Strong organizational, time management, and written communication skills. -Have a strong interest in learning and applying project management practices. -Possess solid writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creativity. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) -Ability to promote company, communications, and ideas in a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic manner -Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field -Familiarity with project management tools and principles -Be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to developing a dedicated project management function within the department.
