Tasks
-Develops and executes short- and long-term outreach and collaboration plans to effectively execute the program delivery strategy and support the achievement of program goals. -Responsible for lead generation into residential program pathways based on program guidelines. -Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with property managers, property owners, stakeholders, contractors, and other industry partners. -Leads ad hoc meetings/calls with the internal team, partners, and the utility clients on subjects relating to production planning, outreach activities, successes, challenges, and requests for additional support. -Interprets program guidelines and incentive participation pathways and provides ongoing support to contractors. -Monitors program participation and forecasts in a production, goal-oriented environment. -Tracks and reports outreach actions and leads to demonstrate ongoing outreach initiatives and progress to goal achievement.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. -Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work. -Ability to take full responsibility for projects from inception to close. -Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools. -A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales, multifamily program experience is preferred. -Proven success in engaging property owners, property management, service providers and contractors. -Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. -Technical acumen regarding residential building science principles and technologies. -Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy. -Exceptional problem-solving skills.
