The Role

Overview

Lead deployment team, manage store operatives, ensure kit prep and van loading.

Tasks

-Communicate effectively with all other departments -Assist with the stock transfers between all MJ Quinn sites -Report any issues/concerns to Deployment Manager -Support Stores Operatives to meet delivery targets within Deployment -Be the primary point of contact for the Deployment team -Daily/weekly audits of teams’ performance and collate data based on findings -Responding to any enquiries via e-mail -Identifying shortfalls in internal procedures. Using escalation chain for any procedural risks to the department and delivery numbers -Use the company resource planner to schedule and prioritise workload -Assist in the unloading and checking of kit from any leavers; ensuring processes are followed with items being returned to stock or utilised for the preparation of full kits -Assist with the loading of vans for Deployment

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills -Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate all levels -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information -Strong communication skills -Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel -Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment -Be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team -Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work -Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities, with attention to detail -Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment -Understands and Demonstrates Good Leadership -Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changes in a proactive manner
