Tasks

-Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment. -Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates’ kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project. -Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies. -Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work. -This is a full time on the project role. Occasional travel outside of the region for meetings or other business-related events will be required -Work collaboratively to develop and execute our strategic and business plans. -Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction. -Actively coach, guide, and support our team members. -Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture. -Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives.
