What You Bring

-Prior experience using graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset -Strong data gathering and analysis skills -6 to 8 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment -Prior experience with accounting functions such as invoicing is an asset -Excellent written communication skills, including ability to write professional reports -Prior experience with marketing/business development activities is an asset -Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint -Experience in the coordination of projects -Demonstrated ability to work independently and use good judgement -Experience in customer/client service -Excellent oral communication skills -Prior experience in the consulting engineering industry is an asset -Highly detail-oriented -Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules -Business Administration or Office Administration diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution (as a minimum)
