Regularly update and provide weekly progress reports, layouts and publication of the master schedule.
Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
Assist group leads and project manager in developing and maintaining the resource loaded master project schedule.
Develop and maintain an integrated baseline lifecycle schedule in P6.
Process project change notices into P6 baseline and live schedule monthly.
Support P6 administration functions to ensure EPPM data, global code fields, baseline copies and data interface to other applications are maintained properly.
Assist with the facilitation of project review meetings, and project planning support as assigned and actively interact with project team members.

Assist and interact with team members to drive out continual improvement of schedule project controls metrics and other performance indicators.
Identify and communicate variances from the original plan and weekly baseline snapshots.
Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of progress changes to schedule and recommend solutions to ensure baseline key milestones are achieved.
Contribute to monthly project status reports that track and communicate overall project work performance in terms of scope, schedule, budget and risk.
Utilize EVMS principles and other project management best practices while supporting project manager and team group leads in the execution of defined scope and deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical field preferred.
The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.
Travel required: 0-5%
Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands)
Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./day
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, EPPM and MSP application.
Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work
Experience in MS Power BI Service, Oracle BI or other data analytics platforms.
Experience as a P6 Administrator
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of project scheduling experience, preferably including work in R&D, engineering and/or Department of Energy (DOE O 413.3B) projects.
Strong communication skills required.
PMP, PMI-SP or PSP AACE certificate is preferred.
Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
