Tasks

-Collaborate with Construction Managers, Commercial Managers, Procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution -Take full responsibility for the design's accuracy, compliance, and delivery -Facilitate regular meetings to address design issues, milestones, and escalations as needed -Monitor designs for compliance with sustainability practices and industry-leading standards -Guide, receive and review complete designs from the Engineer of Record (EOR) -Adapt designs to meet the unique challenges of projects across different countries in Asia Pacific -Oversee the workflow of document controllers and audit deliverables -Ensure designs align with Equinix global standards and local statutory regulations -Drive process improvements related to cost, quality, and design duration metrics -Address pre/post-construction permits and statutory approvals specific to each jurisdiction -Manage design submittals during construction phases in coordination with contractors, external consultants, and internal teams -Collect feedback from construction and commissioning teams for continuous improvement -Ensure adherence to international and local building codes, zoning requirements, and statutory approvals
