Tasks

As a Project Engineer – Training Division, your primary responsibility will be to train candidates in industrial automation and BMS technologies. You will conduct in-house and online training, prepare technical content, and support customer education as needed. -Assist in technical support and act as a technical coordinator when required. -Deliver seminars and remote training through platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc. -Develop relevant and engaging digital learning content for online platforms and internal use. -Create and manage a repository of up-to-date technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, brochures). -Prepare demo applications for product demonstrations and customer training. -Travel to customer sites for on-site training sessions as needed. -Handle student queries and ensure conceptual clarity through real-time project examples and simulations. -Coordinate and consult on new technologies to keep training content up to date. -Design and deliver practical training programs and workshops in: -Prepare and manage training kits, documentation, videos, and technical manuals. -Conduct sessions for students, working professionals, system integrators, and corporate clients.

What You Bring

-Ability to create high-quality training documents and multimedia content. -Certification in PLC/SCADA/BMS or related automation systems. -Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field. -Knowledge of multimedia tools for video and content creation. -Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Building Management Systems (BMS): CCTV, Access Control System (ACS), PAGA, LAN, Telephone System, TRS, FIDS, MCS -Minimum 1+ year of experience in training or industry in automation or BMS. -Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences. -Experience in EdTech, corporate training, or academic instruction. -Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training and seminars. -Automation Systems: PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs -Strong practical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and relevant BMS systems.
