Tasks

-Serve as liaison to the IS Functional managers on special finance projects to promote optimization and process harmonization. Drive cross functional collaboration and process improvement as a finance business partner with broader IS Functional team. -Support the month-end & quarterly financial closing process, establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent financial results for IS Functional leadership team -Contributing to determining strategy for ELIP and Global IS, and adjusting in the implementation, as needed. -Driving appropriate cost structure and productivity optimization; and driving processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. -Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and ability to work with teams spread out geographically. -Experience using multiple tools including SAP, Power BI, TM1, among others. -General accounting knowledge in financial statements: Income statement, balance sheet, cashflow, reconciliations, and internal controls. -12+ years of experience in Operations Finance, role covering financial analysis, financial operations & internal controls. -Bachelor/master’s degree in finance, or related fields. -Must have Proficiency in SAP. -Must have advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Excel.
