Tasks

-Provide expert advice on our range of products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers. -Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in within the region. -Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers. -Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services to customers. -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving. -Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). -Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. -Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously. -Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the concrete, quarries or related industries. -A full driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
