Tasks

-Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work. -Layout work, materials per specifications. -May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors. -Prepare submittals and track. -Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting. -Layout equipment for installation. -Prepare RFI’s. -Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.

What You Bring

-Highly organized with excellent time management skills. -Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. -Strong problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail. -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. -Electrical drawings. -AutoCAD experience. -Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications. -Work independently and effectively to prioritize tasks. -Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite. -6 years’ experience in heavy electrical construction. -Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. -Able to walk, stand, climb ladders for an extended time -Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
