  • Lead engagement with subcontractors and field teams through planning, coordination, engineering resolution and execution of works.
  • Manage and drive responses to Technical Queries, Design Proposals and construction changes as they arise
  • Coordinate interfaces between M&E packages and civil/structural works to avoid delays
  • Provide day-to-day interaction with site supervision of M&E Building works and Building subcontractor.
  • Assist with the Development and monitor construction schedules for Building works, proactively addressing risks

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Design and/or Construction management on Tier 1 or equivalent projects. Ideally within tunnelling, on bridges or other large scale infrastructure environments
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with advanced maintenance + logistics technologies and software: CMMS.Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exposure to early risks identification, supporting resolution of technical challenges, and implementing innovative solutions to maintain productivity
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualifiication
