-Performing load development and designing calculations of project elements, and checking work -Designing and drafting structural elements and details -Performing basic analysis of project elements -Preparing organized structural calculations -Developing task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner -Performing tasks on schedule and within budget as assigned

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and client relation skills. -Ability to perform complex analysis and design -Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules. -EIT or ability to obtain within the year. -Minimum 1 year of bridge design experience or relevant internship experience -BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related discipline required. MS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related discipline preferred. -Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects. -Progressive experience with developing plans and specifications utilizing MicroStation. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
