Tasks
-Collaborate with scientists and GIS specialists on diverse projects, adapting to evolving client needs. -Publish and manage ArcGIS web services integrated with environmental databases. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure GIS deliverables exceed client expectations. -Automate GIS workflows to improve efficiency and maintain data quality. -Explore and implement new technologies to enhance digital capabilities. -Push boundaries by integrating new technologies and improving existing tools to expand ERM’s digital capabilities. -Develop and maintain geospatial data, maps, and web-based applications. -Deliver high-quality GIS solutions that support environmental planning, permitting, impact assessments, and remediation projects. -Organize and manage project data following industry best practices.

What You Bring
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. -Knowledge of soil/groundwater data interpretation and remediation design concepts. -Advanced degree or GIS/database certifications. -This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. -Experience creating Python geoprocessing tools for ArcGIS Pro. -Innovate by automating workflows and building web/mobile applications that enhance efficiency and data visualization. -Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Programming, Natural Sciences, or related field. Or equivalent experience. -Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Web App Builder. -Minimum 3 years of professional GIS experience, ideally in an environmental context. -Expertise with Esri mobile apps (Collector, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboard). -Advanced data management skills, including SQL enterprise geodatabases. -Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset. -Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in deliverables. -Experience designing and deploying ArcGIS Online web maps and custom web apps. -Familiarity with environmental databases (e.g., EarthSoft’s EQuIS).
