  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve production goals.
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage sales, processing, or underwriting.
  • Knowledge of conventional and government loan guidelines or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through NMLS, meeting all state and federal licensing requirements.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven sales and customer relationship management experience.
  • Ability to travel locally for business development and client meetings (reliable transportation required).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone and social media engagement.
