Tasks
-Investment & Transaction Support Support investment and divestment activities, including review of transaction documents, execution coordination, and accounting treatment discussions with auditors and stakeholders. -Stakeholder & Service Provider Management Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including management, investors, auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators. Manage service providers to ensure high-quality financial reporting and operational support. -Policy Development & Internal Controls Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, ensure data integrity, and optimise cash management. -Financial Oversight & Reporting Lead the preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports for funds under management. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. -Regulatory Compliance & Audit Management Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements. Oversee the monitoring of financing covenants and manage audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Bring
-Strong technical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and fund structures. -ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions and levels. -Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role. Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred. -Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
